Allows you to quickly open the chat of Twitch streamers

How to use:
- Go to twitch.tv.
- Open a broadcast from any streamer.
- Click on the extension's icon.
- The streamer's Twitch chat will open in a different window.

If you are on a web page other than Twitch, it opens that page as a popup.
