GitHub issueへのリンクをMarkdown/HTML/プレーンテキストでいい感じにコピーできます。

GitHubのissueやpull requestのURLをタイトルなどと一緒にMarkdownやプレーンテキストでコピーできます。

たとえばプレンテキストを選択すると👇のように、
