Opens the optimal Tweet screen for the page you are looking at.
Generates a Tweet sentence for the current page and displays the Tweet screen.
It will look for the presence of a Tweet button on the page, and if it is present, it will do the same thing as pressing it, and if it is not, it will generate a simple tweet statement by referring to the meta tag information, etc.
