We work with independent online sustainable businesses which we’ve hand picked to feature our platform. These businesses pay us to show an advertisement on your new tab page and we use the revenue to pay for trees, simple.

We’re partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant your trees – they’re one of the world’s largest tree planting organizations who have planting projects all over the globe.
➤ Installation note:
When you first open a new tab after installing the extension you’ll be prompted to enable OurForest – hit enable! That will make it your default tab where you can search using Google or Ecosia and measure how you’re helping our precious planet. Your new tab will change back if you uninstall the extension.
➤ What can I do to plant more trees?
The OurForest extension is free, and always will be. We made this extension for people like you who actually give a F*&K about the planet, to do good in the simplest possible way.
However, this isn’t a fix all solution and there are ways you can do more:
🌿 Choose to shop at sustainable brands – we’ll plant even more trees for you if they’re brands from our database.
✍️ Write a review for us! We’ll plant a tree as way of saying thanks.
📣 Refer your friends to install the extension and we’ll plant 5 trees for both of you.
